Our Story
EmAligned was created from the belief that healing and alignment begin when we learn to listen — to the body, the breath, and the subtle rhythms within us.
Rooted in yoga, sound healing, and breath-centered practices, EmAligned offers a space to slow down, release tension, and reconnect. Through intentional movement, guided breathwork, and immersive sound experiences, the body is supported in regulating the nervous system, processing emotion, and returning to a more grounded, steady state.
These practices work together to create both physical and energetic shifts — helping you build awareness, restore balance, and feel more at home within yourself.
Energy work and Reiki are offered as more personalized, one-on-one experiences for those seeking deeper energetic support and alignment.
The intention is simple: to help you move through life feeling clearer, calmer, and more connected to your own natural rhythm.

MEET EMMA
Hi, I’m Emma — the creator of EmAligned. After receiving my B.S. in Health Science at the University of South Florida, I chose to continue my health studies by enrolling into their accelerated nursing program. During this time, I found myself being drawn towards more holistic practices in my own life, discovering what health truly meant for me. As I started to learn more about alternative medicine and energy healing on my own time, I began questioning the very ideas I was going to school for. I was nearly through my second to last semester, when I decided to listen to my intuition and take a leap of faith, which guided me to pursue the world of energetic and holistic healing. I became trained and certified in sound healing, reiki, yoga, and pranayama breath work because I experienced how powerful these tools can be when used with intention and care.
I created EmAligned to be the kind of space I believe more people need — one that feels both supportive and empowering. I approach this work with empathy, honesty, and deep respect for each client’s personal experience. I don’t believe anyone needs to be “fixed” — I believe people often just need space to slow down, and listen to what their body already knows.
My goal is to create sessions that feel calm, supportive, and grounded — where you can slow down, process what you're experiencing, and reconnect with your own inner guidance. I aim for every person who works with me to leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and more aligned to their true self.
